Four sample areas for application of up to 500 µL of whole blood or 100 µL of plant homogenate per card. Convenient for multiple applications of the same specimen or collection of multiple animal or plant samples on one card. Individual samples can be processed independently.Non-indicating QIAcard FTA formats are used for the collection, transport and archiving of biological samples such as blood, cells and tissue. DNA remains tightly bound to FTA while proteins and inhibitors are washed from the matrix.
